SECOND.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
CPS makes available to the public (hereinafter, the user), who accesses www.CanaryPortServices.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE), information and data (hereinafter, CONTENT and/or SERVICES), through an informative website. The CONTENT of the website is provided and created by the company itself.
Lastly, due to the very nature of the Website, the content of these Conditions may be modified or changes may be included. Therefore, every user is obliged to access these Conditions each time they access the Website, assuming that the conditions in force at the time of access shall apply to them.
THIRD.- ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

Any user who is a minor must use the Website with the consent of their father, mother or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for any problem that may arise in purchases and in the use of its services.

1. NO USER MAY IMPERSON ANOTHER PERSON OR ORGANISATION, otherwise they may incur an offence or crime under the Spanish Criminal Code and Civil Code.

SEVENTH.- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Spanish law shall apply to any interpretative or contentious matters that may arise and, in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of CPS (Spain).
